"The room was very nice, and will be great for our upcoming stay for days as it was a suite which she upgraded us to to try for the night so we could see if it would be better for us when we have to stay for quite a few nights next week."

"The fact that the front desk staff member(Naz) was able to efficiently & promptly correct a room booking error. Myself & friend somehow ended up with a room that wouldn't work for us, she was able to find a room that would work, but it would not cost us any extra. Especially after a long day-we were able to get good rest in very nice comfort."

"The location was walking distance to the city centre and the waterfront. The beds were comfortable and rooms are what they look like in pictures. Totally functional and comfortable. We'd stay here again."
