"Location is great walking distance to everything in town and staff were friendly!"

"The rooms were old and smell the hot water and toilet didn't work there was a mouse and the water heater ended up leaking everywhere and then we switched rooms and the sheets were dirty on the bed and the handle for the shower came off and had the same smell."

"I mean, it's a small town, its near the main and only small mall and the awesome brewery, you can walk to the restaurant next door under heavy rain or snow no problems."

"Quiet as located in basement. Housekeepers were great. Close to nice park area and walking paths. Close to shopping."

"Our room was on the split main/basement level and as a result, consistently smelled musty and felt damp. The ceiling tiles in the hallway had water stains. The room was quite dark, even in the middle of the day (and our days in Kitimat were sunny). The furniture felt old and dated, and the shower curtain smelled musty. Perhaps the rooms above level were in better condition, but this unfortunately was not our experience. I would spend a little more next time and book elsewhere. Also, the breakfast (which I had heard good things about) was disappointing. I ordered the classic breakfast with sausage - both the potatoes and the sausages were dry and shrivelled, you could tell that they had been microwaved instead of fried or grilled."

"It was grossly overpriced for the room. It is an old hotel. The carpet was stained, instead of proper electrical outlets multiple cords were doubled up on power bars, and the lightbulb was even burnt out. You can see the quality Reno that took place based on the photo of the “closet” below. The bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. It would have been tolerable for $80/ night but a complete rip-off for $180/night."

"Location was very central. We were able to walk to stores. Parking was right outside the room which was good for transferring suitcases and cooler. Restaurant was across the parking lot and seemed quite busy, although we did not try it. Attempted to go for breakfast on Wednesday but they were closed! It was great to have an air conditioner in the room as it was warm the week we were there."

"Parking area could have been a bit cleaner. There was a sock beside our car for 2 days until we removed it."
