Monaco villa Gaborone

"Very easy to locate using Google Maps. Property was clean, air-conditioned and all the basic facilities were there. Katlego (the owner) was fantastic. Communicated with us via WhatsApp prior to arrival and sent someone to give us the keys. Was on hand all week if we needed anything, and provided updates with regards to sending the cleaner round at a convenient time for us."

"Things I liked * Their service was awesome, From booking until we arrived in Botswana . All the individuals i dealt with were welcoming . The reception lady was so helpful , she even helped us to find activities to try in Gaborone *I like that the villa looked the same as the photos. * I like the effort they put in making the villa to look great * I appreciated that it was big enough to accommodate a group. 2 single beds room , 2 more bedrooms that can be shared by 2 adults each. *Honestly it is worth booking especially for a group . I loved their outdoor more. Their pool area Is inviting * they had towels outside for us *they had enough towels in the villa * most utensils for braai were there * I appreciated the bathroom supplies."

"*maybe add a mirror in the main bedroom * bathroom door finishing didn't look good , it was hard to close. basin in main bedroom was damaged but functional. * the villa doesn't have signage outside , not sure why . You can only see the house number when you come by. * The location is not the best, however their street is peaceful and decent than the area itself. *Cleaner villa access . One thing that made all of us uneasy was that their cleaner, whom we never saw throughout our stay, accessed the villa in our absence ,after we were given keys (literally an hour after packing our bags and stepping out for food) not sure why. I travel a lot and that has never happened to me, if I require cleaning, extra sheets , towels, I usually say. That made us uncomfortable to even leave our things behind. heads up would have been great"

"What you see on the picture is what you get. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Very close to shops. The host was very good and kind. He was making sure that we have everything we needed and also advised of places to visit. We will definitely go back."
