"I have just spent the most amazing 3 nights on the Grand Swan, one of 3 beautiful 5 Star Houseboats in this small group, located in a great position on Lake Dal. The rooms are very well presented and very comfortable. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. The chef made sure the food was to my liking, and there was plenty of it, The staff went above and beyond to make sure i got the most out of my short stay. Mr Ahmed the manager arranged some trips for me including a not to be missed tour of the lake. A special thanks to Mr Shabam, who did everything from bringing me coffee in the morning to accompanying me on a magical trip to the mountains, where his local knowledge and friends made this a trip I will never forget and got to meet the local people. I can highly recommend staying here whether you are travelling by yourself, with friends or with family. I am already planning my return"

"Обслуговуючий персонал доброзичливий, щирий. Структура особлива своїм інтер'єром. Був несподівано неприємний нюанс та інцидент вирішили одразу, дякую! Прибирання номерів відмінне. Розташування готелю віддалено від центру, але добре оснащене місцевим транспортом який забезпечує доїзд до важливих культурних пам'яток міста або ж приємна піша велодоріжка вздовж річки приведе прямо на Карлов міст, Вишеград, базиліку Петра та Павла...Фото по ходу прогулянки. Велике спасибі за гостинність."

Поблизу готелю йдуть ремонтні роботи, тому з 7 ранку чутно турбують. При замовленні потрібно враховувати, що структура не є стаціонарною забудовою.

"Helpful and friendly staff. Good place to chill, sauna was good. It was windy days, so some noise was, but atmosphere was better :) Here also you can take a boat ride on the lake"

"A different place to stay. A wood cabin but with all facilities such as fridge, single ring cooker, air conditioning, huge varanda with room for a dining table and chairs plus recliner chairs and a washing rack. Wonderful views of the Duero river. Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

Вікно номеру виходило на вхід до готелю і було трохи чути як заходять гості

"Superb location to where were visiting - football stadium. Very comfortable in all areas with plenty of seating. Staff were great and friendly and gave a warm welcome. Nothing was too much problem. Breakfast was continental with a good choice."

Nothing - everything was great and as shown in pictures on web site. Would definitely stay here again.

"Чудовий вид з номера! Саме перебування на кораблі будо для нас і наших дітей чудовим досвідом. Біля готелю є магазин і ресторан,де можна купити їжу. Дуже привітний персонал. Сніданок достатній."

Світло на балконі всю ніч ввімкнуто. Це заважає спати, фіранки не допомагають. Вентиляція в номері та в кімнаті з більярдом працює погано - душно та волого. Не завадило б мати кімнатні капці.
