"Rooms are large and overwhelmingly spacious, there was a dedicated parking space with easy access to the hotel. Rooms were quite. Staff were courteous and friendly."

"Toilet had black colored stains due to its aging which was bit disgusting. The carpet and furniture had stains due to aging. Aging was clearly visible."

"The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Good location in the center of Juffair. Everything is basically in walking distance. Stayed here many times over the last years and will come again."

"During peak times one has to expect longer waiting for the elevators as there are only two for a 36 floor building. Some wear and tear in the rooms is visible and a bit of renovation here and there would be in order."

"Staff was very kind, it was comfortable and relatively clean. Hair dryers, clothes irons etc were available. Free instant coffee and water bottles were provided and refreshed daily. Rooms were very spacious."

"Some furniture is showing signs of decay and some towels were stained (by blood?). I understand that these things can happen, but I'm not sure the towels should be reused if they are stained. Microwaves are present but they were broken (in both apartments we had). Also there is no plates or utensils in either of the apartments."

"Very good breakfast. Nice place to eat it and the personal very helpful. The space in the bedrooms and dining room is excellent with a good kitchen. Very good view from the room. The restaurant in the 35 floor is very pleasant also with a very nice view."

"Some maintenance in the rooms is missing. We prefer a laminate or ceramic floor to the carpet since it tends to look dirty or smell bad over time, even though it is cleaned, especially if there are guests who smoke. We suggest to paint the walls. But overall was a very nice room."
