"Зручний готель! Смачні сніданки! Привітний персонал!"

"Нас проживало троє, а міні-бар, кава , чай, кружки були з розрахунку на дві особи."

"I liked that it included little helpful touches that other hotels sometimes don't, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste set, shower cap, room to place suitcases, and plenty of hooks for hanging towels. They accommodated my baby with a travel cot."

"Aucun."

"much to my very pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded our room to one with a terrace. the terrace made our stay more pleasurable. comfortable bed with good linens"

"the person who was cleaning our room was not very through. it took three requests from me for the staff to replace the broken water kettle. its a shame that the coffee and tea included in the room were substandard"

"Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and good breakfast."

"Parking space, no indoor parking space option, spent more than 15 minutes to find a space outside after 8pm. The good think is that it's free of charge after 6pm until 7am next day."

"Attentiveness of staff, very good location- easy to get to trams and high street, good value for money."

"Walls are a bit thin- could hear loud neighbours clearly."

"Clean, good breakfast, comfortable and well located . The staff were all very friendly. The only criticism is that one of the lifts was out of order."

"The lift service was not ideal."

"The people and the service was amazing. Especially the lady that at late night offered us and the children dinner despite the kitchen being closed already! That was so appreciated!"

"It is very good in general but it needs a better maintenance"

"A pleasant stay with excellent breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff. The hotel is in a safe area, though slightly distant from the city center."

"I liked the location and the staff at the reception"

"The head chef had attitude"

"Everything! The room was clean, cool with aircon (the first we have seen) and the staff were exceptionally lovely. Specifically the lovely two staff members (one male and one female) working on the afternoon/evening of July 8th (Tuesday). Took very good care of us when our delivery didn’t show up and helped us contact dominos as we don’t speak the language. The bed was huge which was nice, the shower had good pressure, and it was very lovely to have a clean mid stay without having to pay extra. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know staying in Brussels."

"Everything was Perfect"
