"The room was a good size and nicely divided from the bathroom area. It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet despite facing out onto the street. Location is splendid with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance as was the central square of Ypres. There is also a lovely little courtyard which was perfect for sitting out before going to bed."

"The rooms are spacious, stylish and well-designed. The location was central but relatively quiet. It's a very easy walk to get to the Grote Markt with all the restaurants and on to the Menin Gate. There is plenty of free parking just round the corner on the Minneplein."
"We happened to stay during a heatwave, which meant that the bedrooms were very warm, there being no air conditioning. Thankfully there was a fan, which made things bearable. The plumbing was a little querky - the cold water ran very hot for a few minutes before the cold water eventually arrived."
