"Well equipped property, owners have thought about what you might need in a self catering apartment including (in our case) some cold beers on arrival! Plenty of room. Flexibility with check in and check out times as there were no guests staying immediately before or after us. Owners helped us locate a hire car for our stay, most firms didn’t have availability."

"It’s a tougher than expected walk up from the main road especially in the heat, not the owners fault, it’s just what it is. Very limited choice of bar/restaurant within walking distance but Uber has arrived on the island so that wasn’t an issue. Be prepared to get a taxi/Uber into Holetown which goes at about 13 USD e/w."

"I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to after an amazing stay with Winston & Pat. Very accommodating hosts, really well equipped apartment and fantastic location. Felt secure with easy access to an amazing beach a short walk away. We had such a fantastic trip and would not hesitate to recommend staying in this accommodation to anyone."

"The spaciousness of the apartment inside and out and the lovely pool. So near to a beautiful beach and various well-reviewed restaurants which cater for all budgets; some only a short walk away. A local shop is just around the corner from the apartment which provides basics and far cheaper than the large supermarket as is the petrol station further up the road which has a mini shop and has some decent take away food. John and Pat are exceptional hosts and their friendliness and helpfulness goes beyond their role which ensured we had a memorable time."

"Beautiful property set back from the main road in tranquil surroundings with a beach at the end of there road. A splash pool to cool down in and a wonderful terrace for breakfast and evening drinks. We were also lucky enough to see a family of monkeys on 3 out of 7 mornings of our stay. Our hosts were great and very helpful. Booked our transfers to the airport there and back. We even some lovely Easter cake on arrival and fish cakes later in the week - Thank you both."

The location is great and the hosts were very attentive, keeping in touch with us ahead of our stay and offered us a really warm welcome on arrival. They also shared lots of local knowledge and information to help us make plans and maximise our stay."

"Excellent hosts and accommodation. Only a 5 min walk to Paynes Bay beach with the added bonus that apartment was secluded tucked away in a residential area. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and very spacious. The small pool was an added bonus which the kids really loved. John and Pat were excellent hosts - super helpful and friendly. John took us in his own car to the local supermarket on arrival so we could stock up on food. John arranged taxis for sightseeing as needed and even let us check out very late on our last day in Barbados so we could maximise our enjoyment of Paynes Bay. Price we paid was also very reasonable. Highly recommended."

"The hosts are very generous and friendly, even taking us to the grocery store to get the kitchen stocked for our visit. The apartment was spotless and has beautiful outdoor spaces. It is clearly very well cared for. The check-in and out went smoothly."
