"Величезний номер з балконом і неперевершеним видом на старе місто і річку. Вперше в готелі у мене був дійсно гарний фен. А ще ванна, а не просто душ☺️"

"Місце розташування, хоч вибрала наугад, то як виявилося, усюди була однакова відстань. За готелем -річка з бірюзовою водою і міст Тіто майже у центрі. Номер виходив у двір, зате сонячний. У номері був холодильник. Теж відносно недалеко і Старий міст Біля готелю багато магазинчиків, але треба мати марки, євро теж приймають, але решту видають у місцевій валюті, У готелі є ресторан з прекрасною терасою, з якої чудовий вид на ріку Неретва. До речі, сніданок дуже смачний та поживний, з боснійськими смаками. На терасі можна насолоджуватися кавою і бахлавою під шум ріки Персонал- ввічливий і компетентний. До речі, заплатити за номер можна під час виїзду."

"Мене лякали дрібні мухи, які були у ванній кімнаті. Увечері було трохи заголосно, бо вікна виходили у двір. Ще б не завадило для гостей хоча б пляшечку води у номері залишити, все-таки готель-4 зірки, бо воду можна придбати нв рецепції-за 2 євро. Незручне ані ліжко, ані подушка. Ванна кімната маленька, особливо - душова кабінка!"

"Guests with mobility issues may be unable to access the restaurant/breakfast room/restrooms as there is no elevator, and around 20 steep steps down. My wife was ambulatory, on crutches, and had difficulty in negotiating the stairs. Perhaps this could be made clear on the website?"

"I like that it has cafe and restaurant inside. As well as the view outside of the beautiful river, Close to the old town w/c is 10 to 15 mins walk. What a pleasant stay and I will surely come back again."
