"The place is huge and very nicely built. Very well cleaned and maintained. The garden is epic. The whole outdoor area is very nice. The kitchen has stove tops and a big fridge. Hot water is quick both in the kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine also works fine.lots of extra bedding and pillow available. Lots of plates and bowls. There was not enough soap or shampoo. But on request owner provided. He also let us have late check out ."

"House is full of ants. Like everywhere every second. They just keep coming. We also have a garden in our house, but this much ants have never seen. Microwave doesn't work it turns out rotates but doesn't warm up anything. Finally, the most important thing was missing fan or ac. It's very hot in summer and not every day is windy and not all nights are cold. It was unbearable one night as soon as the sun rose it got very hot in the room. There should be some fan or ac provided. We went to other places and saw fans even near to shahdag."

"Very nice villa. Neat and Clean. The owner of the villa is a nice, humble person. There grocery stores are not within walking distance as one has to walk high up on a hilly road. So, the suggestion is that one should buy any essentials like food, drinks and other stuff before coming to the villa. If you have a car, then that's better."

"1. Great location. Near to the river you hear the sound), surrounded by family households and a the same time very near to the supermarket and kidspark (12 minutes comfortable walk). 2. The House is very comfortable with big guest hall. Has all necessary things you need. You can spent the the time at sofa or chair reading the books in fromt of the window to wonderfull garden. The house is not about the luxury, but about the comfort and leasure at the countryside. 3. The kitchen has enough space and all things you need. 4. The house has summer kithchen with gas cooker, samovar and barbekue. 5. The garden is tmost valuable part of this property. With oldfashioned gazebo, trees and flowers. I loved this place and hope to return next summer. Please do not consider Qusar only for Shahdag. Laza and Terrenkur strongly recommended. Terrenkur is close to the house. Terenkur is the hiking trail, very recommended."
