"Дуже вдале розташування готелю, Є своя парковка (без додаткової плати, що охороняється) Поруч є купа кав'ярень, ресторанчики, магазини, і п'ять хвилин до центру, може навіть менше. Дуже ввічливий персонал, поселення зайняло лише 5 хвилин. Номер чистий, ліжко зручне. Можна було замовити сніданок вже після приїзду в готель."

"Honestly everything would have been fantastic, except that our arrival has been welcomed not with much joy. There was an old lady, who apparently seemed to be pretty upset by our 'late' arrival, although everything was confirmed properly beforehand via Booking messages, which are all recorded. I do not know why nor will I ever know probably, but that conversation was going to a point which I then decided just to let her 'spit it all out', no willing to insult here of course, and say goodbye and good night. Apart from that little nuisance, all the rest was tremendously good and pleasant."

"This was such an ideal hotel in which to spend Christmas: it was very quiet, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and it was a very short walk to the Christmas market. It is also one train stop away from the thermal pools. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful."
