"Bathroom tight- getting past toilet, bidet,but nice big shower. Small bed not so comfortable. Found the very last minute request for payment with passport photos,credit cards etc very frustrating as we had already started our travel and I wasnt sure of the payment expectations were and i had been booked for ages. Why couldn't this have been sorted sooner??"

"The location is close to gardens, within 30 minutes walking, and decent suburb. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary kitchen utencils."

"The apartment is a bit small. The bed is placed next to the balcony which faces the street and has a glass door. The curtain has to be closed all the time to maintain privacy. The rubbish bin is a bit small and cannot hold the thrown out food packings."

"The apartment is spacious, has a kitchen and offers a separate bedroom. It was a 20-25 minute walk to the heart of Palermo Soho. Close to a supermarket en the subway (line D). Great laundry service around the corner. Maxi at the reception was super helpful and nice."

"The bed was nice but we would preferred of it was a bit bigger. The couch (which also can function as a bed) was a bit sagging so you can feel the springs a bit."
