Apartment is very nice but it’s located in an ugly staircase which isn’t the owner fault though of course

"Дуже затишне, комфортне помешкання. Чудовий вид з тераси. Додатковий + за гідромасажну ванну. Персонал привітний та завжди готовий допомогти. Оскільки номер був готовий швидше, нам дозволили більш раннє заселення, зважаючи на дощову погоду це було дуже доречно. З задоволенням приїдемо ще. Все сподобалось. Особливе дякую адміністратору, який розмовляв українською, дуже привітний до гостей та готовий допомогти, і приємно почути рідну мову!"

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

"Apartment was clean and well equiped, lots of parking places near by and great bonus was the pool, especially for kids. The location is very quiet, and everything is easily accessible from it. The host was very helpful and kind allowed us to check in earlier, which was wonderful after a very early flight. I definitely recommend it — my family and I had a great time."
