"Сніданок смачний, поживний та швидко приготували. Кава натуральна. Для ночівлі підійде. Доволі тихо. Чисто, зручно."

Видно що готель вже відносно давно ремонтувався, є певні нюанси, але не критичні, загалом.

Le store dans la chambre ne permet pas d’avoir un noir total, il y avait de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit.

"We loved this place. Any questions and concerns were answered in few minutes. The cleaning staff very friendly and professional. Location is 2 min from the beach."

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

"Будинок знаходиться в історичному центрі міста Призрен. Дизайн колоритний, косівський. Меблі зі стразами. З балкону відкривається фантастичний краєвид. Весь третій поверх був наш: спальня з санвузлом, кухня, вітальня і балкон. Тераса розігрівалася на сонці вдень, але у спальні була приємна прохолода. Кондиціонер не знадобився. Дуже привітний власник. Був постійно на звʼязку в WhatsApp, зустрів біля будинку і допоміг припаркувати машину біля воріт."

"In the mall makes it super accessible. Apartments are large and well kept. Lovely views over Bahrain. Kind staff. We slept very well."

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"Good location. Off the noisy main road. Gentle downhill walk into town, uphill on the way back. Victor and Claudia on reception friendly and helpful Micro kitchen has everything that you could need. Room reasonable size, nice balconies. Bath with over shower"

Traffic can be noisy at night.Pick the windowless sleeping room for a quieter night.

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

- Sadly the noise isolation is very bad in the room and you can hear people in the hallway like they are next to you.

The building looked a little older and some of the fittings looked like they needed some tlc.

"Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very well equipped. If you like tennis and golf the location will be superb for you, and also in general. The receptionist was very friendly, funny, kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!"

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

The road to the property is a little bumpy

"The staff were very polite and attentive, and the rooms were absolutely spotlessly clean! It was by far the best breakfast in Africa! A lovely touch with Homemade granola & even detox juice along with a great selection to sit every tastebud!! Fantastic!"

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

Кондиціонер не гучний, гарна звукоізоляція в номерах, щоденне прибирання. Була розважальна програма вечорами - співаки дуже гарно співали. Можна було посидіти, послухати біля бару. На жаль у нас не було багато часу, і ми рано лягали спати. Музику в номер не чути. Сніданок стандартний, доволі смачний Піца, що ми замовляли в їхньому ресторані - теж хороша. Ціни помірні. Зручно, що внизу є міні-маркет, можна купити щось приготувати на вечерю. Але працює наче лише до 18:00."

На алкогольні коктейлі досить високі ціни, 9 € за бокал Pina Colada.

Sound proof should be better. Everyone will wake up if somebody using the toilet. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.
