"Very quiet area and very clean. The man who works in the office is very helpful."

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

Великі і малі матраци на ліжках були, на жаль, дуже старими, на них важко було спати - вони геть продавлені, їх варто замінити на нові. Часом (особливо коли багато відвідувачів) їжа в ранковому буфеті закінчувалася раніше, ніж час сніданку і її не завжди встигали додати вчасно, тож доводилося почекати або обирати те, що ще залишалося трохи.

Видно що готель вже відносно давно ремонтувався, є певні нюанси, але не критичні, загалом.

No AC and barely any heat from heater. Need to open windows for ventilation. Bizkaia Plaza is opposite of hotel and at night, there are people talking quite loudly (seems loud because the area is quiet at night). Car park space is also quite tight.

"Локація чудова в самому центрі, поруч парковка! Це були дві кімнати окремі, і лише в одній була кухня. Кімната в якій була кухня потребує кращого прибирання, ремонту та освітлення! Друга кімната була чудова! Гарні сніданки, їх потрібно замовляти окремо! Потрібно було окремо купувати сміттєві мішки, туалетний папір, так як вони не замінювались. В номері була вода, кава, чай, що було приємно!. А цілому нам сподобалось!"

"Номер розкішний, просторий - ще кращий, ніж ми очікували. Все гарне й нове, кухня зручна, є необхідний посуд, чайник, тостер, щодня свіжий рушник. Кондиціонер не гучний, гарна звукоізоляція в номерах, щоденне прибирання. Була розважальна програма вечорами - співаки дуже гарно співали. Можна було посидіти, послухати біля бару. На жаль у нас не було багато часу, і ми рано лягали спати. Музику в номер не чути. Сніданок стандартний, доволі смачний Піца, що ми замовляли в їхньому ресторані - теж хороша. Ціни помірні. Зручно, що внизу є міні-маркет, можна купити щось приготувати на вечерю. Але працює наче лише до 18:00."

На алкогольні коктейлі досить високі ціни, 9 € за бокал Pina Colada.

Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.
