Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

На жаль у нас не було багато часу, і ми рано лягали спати. Музику в номер не чути. Сніданок стандартний, доволі смачний Піца, що ми замовляли в їхньому ресторані - теж хороша. Ціни помірні. Зручно, що внизу є міні-маркет, можна купити щось приготувати на вечерю. Але працює наче лише до 18:00."

На алкогольні коктейлі досить високі ціни, 9 € за бокал Pina Colada.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

"Good location. Off the noisy main road. Gentle downhill walk into town, uphill on the way back. Victor and Claudia on reception friendly and helpful Micro kitchen has everything that you could need. Room reasonable size, nice balconies. Bath with over shower"

"Riyaz staff was very courteous and always supportive. Cleans the rooms perfectly and always asks if any further help is required. Riyaz is polite, and always smiling. Everything was good. We prefer harder beds and found this too soft for the back support

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.
