Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

Весь третій поверх був наш: спальня з санвузлом, кухня, вітальня і балкон. Тераса розігрівалася на сонці вдень, але у спальні була приємна прохолода. Кондиціонер не знадобився. Дуже привітний власник. Був постійно на звʼязку в WhatsApp, зустрів біля будинку і допоміг припаркувати машину біля воріт."

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"Гарний будинок. Просторі кімнати,відносно чисто. Є своя парковка для авто. Відстань до моря друже мала, приблизно 30м. Біля будинку є магазин. На пляжі ліжаки, зонти від отеля, безкоштовні. Відпочили гарно."

Quelques difficultés pour avoir de l'eau chaude à certains moments.

- Sadly the noise isolation is very bad in the room and you can hear people in the hallway like they are next to you.

We are seniors, so walking up to the hotel was hard. The internet was not up to scratch, but all in all, I actually liked the place.

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."
