the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

Друга кімната була чудова! Гарні сніданки, їх потрібно замовляти окремо! Потрібно було окремо купувати сміттєві мішки, туалетний папір, так як вони не замінювались. В номері була вода, кава, чай, що було приємно!. А цілому нам сподобалось!"

"Дуже затишне житло з красивим видом з вікон, функціональні кухня та душ, дуже зручне розташування, близько до метро, до супермаркетів."

Великі і малі матраци на ліжках були, на жаль, дуже старими, на них важко було спати - вони геть продавлені, їх варто замінити на нові. Часом (особливо коли багато відвідувачів) їжа в ранковому буфеті закінчувалася раніше, ніж час сніданку і її не завжди встигали додати вчасно, тож доводилося почекати або обирати те, що ще залишалося трохи.

"Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very well equipped. If you like tennis and golf the location will be superb for you, and also in general. The receptionist was very friendly, funny, kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!"

"Secure car park right below the apt. Staff spoke very good English (uncommon in Spain). Kitchenette is good but washer is small (5kg). Location is good with walking distance to nearby supermkts. Room is comfy."

No AC and barely any heat from heater. Need to open windows for ventilation. Bizkaia Plaza is opposite of hotel and at night, there are people talking quite loudly (seems loud because the area is quiet at night). Car park space is also quite tight.

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away."

The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

Весь третій поверх був наш: спальня з санвузлом, кухня, вітальня і балкон. Тераса розігрівалася на сонці вдень, але у спальні була приємна прохолода. Кондиціонер не знадобився. Дуже привітний власник. Був постійно на звʼязку в WhatsApp, зустрів біля будинку і допоміг припаркувати машину біля воріт."

"Great location - central but quiet. Large bedrooms and full bathroom."

Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast
