"Дуже привітний персонал, ввічливий та уважний, чисто та охайно, не шумно, розвага дише в неділю ввечері; комфортно. Смачна різноманітна їжа."

Не дуже зручний графік їзди на море, можна частіше. Але не проблема і пройтися, якщо без дітей, то взагалі.

"Large and clean rooms. Bathroom had 2 wash basins and nice products. Great location in the Port area and very close to IglooFest venue"

Everything was good. We prefer harder beds and found this too soft for the back support

Había leña y otros objetos en lso parqueos que lo hacían mas difícil de utilizar.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Великі і малі матраци на ліжках були, на жаль, дуже старими, на них важко було спати - вони геть продавлені, їх варто замінити на нові. Часом (особливо коли багато відвідувачів) їжа в ранковому буфеті закінчувалася раніше, ніж час сніданку і її не завжди встигали додати вчасно, тож доводилося почекати або обирати те, що ще залишалося трохи.

"Location is great. Close to city center. Room was very clean. Good communication with the host."

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

"The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away."

The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

Видно що готель вже відносно давно ремонтувався, є певні нюанси, але не критичні, загалом.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

"Локація чудова в самому центрі, поруч парковка! Це були дві кімнати окремі, і лише в одній була кухня. Кімната в якій була кухня потребує кращого прибирання, ремонту та освітлення! Друга кімната була чудова! Гарні сніданки, їх потрібно замовляти окремо! Потрібно було окремо купувати сміттєві мішки, туалетний папір, так як вони не замінювались. В номері була вода, кава, чай, що було приємно!. А цілому нам сподобалось!"
