"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"Нам дуже сподобалися краєвиди, чисте повітря, гарне харчування. Робота персоналу-вище усяких похвал, усі наші забаганки виконувалися миттєво. Номер просторий, гарно обладнаний та дуже теплий. Дуже сподобалось , що у готелі є власні термальні басейни -відкритий та закритий. Дуже приємно, що отель приймає відвідувачів з собаками, надають посуд та ласощі для домашніх улюбленців."

Не дуже сподобалось, що деяке приладдя у номерах було несправним (посуд, дозатор для мила, продавлений диван, застарілий телевізор ). Термальний басейн трохи застарів - вибита кахельна, плитка, можна травмуватися. І що саме неприємне -у день заїзду, термальний басейн був сухий та не працював. Також вважаю, що платня за перебування собаки неадекватна, тем більше ,що моя собака- це собака емоційної підтримки , і я не можу без неї подорожувати. Її навіть у салон літака пускають безкоштовно, но готель був непохитний. На вихідні ( День св.Валентина) готель не справився з великою кількістю відпочиваючих- замалий термальний басейн, аварійне відключення світла, на сніданку зламалась кофемашина -не витримала великої кількості людей.

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. Special mention goes to the owners, Mia and her family, who were incredibly helpful and patient during our stay, even assisting us with arranging gorilla and Blue Lagoon tours. An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"From the moment we arrived, Anne-Laure was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was just right for us. The place itself is stunning — even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. The bathroom was large and elegant, and the view from the property is simply breathtaking. The location at Anse Royale is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I truly recommend Fleur de Sel to anyone visiting Seychelles — it’s a real gem!"

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"Номер розкішний, просторий - ще кращий, ніж ми очікували. Все гарне й нове, кухня зручна, є необхідний посуд, чайник, тостер, щодня свіжий рушник. Кондиціонер не гучний, гарна звукоізоляція в номерах, щоденне прибирання. Була розважальна програма вечорами - співаки дуже гарно співали. Можна було посидіти, послухати біля бару. На жаль у нас не було багато часу, і ми рано лягали спати. Музику в номер не чути. Сніданок стандартний, доволі смачний Піца, що ми замовляли в їхньому ресторані - теж хороша. Ціни помірні. Зручно, що внизу є міні-маркет, можна купити щось приготувати на вечерю. Але працює наче лише до 18:00."

На алкогольні коктейлі досить високі ціни, 9 € за бокал Pina Colada.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

Час від часу в вбиральні був неприємний запах. Таке враження, що тягнуло з інших апартаментів.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."
