"Excellent place in the middle of everything. U name it restaurant market everything. The host was excellent very friendly. Assist us with everything we required. The room was perfect equipped with everything you might need. Extremely very clean, soft bed n pillow. Heater work perfectly. Big window. Definitely recommended"

"Good little apartment hotel in the middle of Yerevan. Location is great - easy to walk to most attractions and there are lots of shops around. The apartment kitchen was well equipped; the bed was comfy; the bathroom was large, clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely nice."
"While the location is great, the windows face a busy shopping/pedestrian street and it's quite loud. The window didn't seem to be very soundproof. Also, the light by the front door was motion activated, so anytime you went to the bathroom the light came on - even at the night which is annoying. There was no other way to turn it on or off. The kitchen area was pretty small, especially with the huge stools, but we managed."
