"Дуже гарний готель, розташування, сервіс, чистота, увага персоналу - ми були в захваті! В номерах все продумано до дрібничок, гарна шумоізоляція, все новеньке. Гарні за асортиментом, різноманітні і смачні сніданки з чудовими видом на море, смачна кава. Власник і весь персонал просто неймовірні, уважні і доброзичливі, у нас запізнився літак і був дуже пізній заїзд, нас дочекались і заселили, при цьому весь час в дорозі були з нами на зв’язку. Обов’язково скуштуйте морозиво, яке робиться hand-made, воно неймовірно смачне."

"The hotel was in the center and right on the promenade. The view from the balcony was spectacular (if you had a sea view). Breakfast was very tasty. The staff was truly wonderful and went out of their way to fulfill all your requests. This was my second time here, and in my opinion, it’s the best hotel in the center. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I also appreciate the excellent ice cream served there. The price for accommodation isn’t cheap, but you’re paying for the comfort, the hotel’s location and the amenities."

"I don't know what to say. I guess the promenade will be crowded during the summer season. But I was there off-season and for that time of year, it's the perfect hotel. It's more expensive, but you get what you pay for."

"The location is absolutely fantastic—right on the promenade, with everything at your doorstep. The beach, shops, restaurants, and port are all just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and enjoying Sarandë. The breakfast was delicious too. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly throughout our stay. A standout feature was the modern Japanese-style toilet system—such a fun and luxurious touch! We also really appreciated the soundproof doors, which did an excellent job of blocking out noise from the lively promenade, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep."

"In my years of travelling, I rarely experienced the exceptional level of friendliness and hospitality that the staff at Hotel Vale genuinely provided. They were incredible in every way! Noting every detail and coming up with little surprises, this review is not enough to express the satisfaction for such a quality service. The hotel is new and full of high tech amenities. Breakfast is à la carte but one of the best I have ever seen. Our room had panoramic sea views and I recommend choosing this option. Surroundings are safe with direct access to the sandy beach! Highly recommended."

"Clean and new hotel in a good position within the town of Saranda. Right in the harbour area but no beach in front The staff were very very friendly and helpful with extravagant breakfast and many free snacks etc Rustem and Redi were so helpful. Lovely people who deserve respect for their kind attention"

"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The surprise at check-in was such a lovely touch and truly set the tone for the rest of our visit. We especially appreciated the complimentary treats — the free ice cream every day was a delightful bonus, and the extra food provided throughout our stay was very generous. Our room was kept spotless the entire time, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great selection and excellent quality. A special thanks to Redi and the reception team for always being so kind and helpful, and to the manager for personally making sure we felt at home and comfortable. Your hospitality really stood out and made our experience memorable. We truly appreciate the care and attention from the whole team and would happily recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone.
