"I liked this apartment! It is cosy and has a good soundproofing in bedroom. So, you will not hear when someone will talk in the kitchen. The bedroom keep low temperature, even when it is very hot outside. The terrace is very big and green. Two mini markets are in the street upper level. So, it's very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. They help to order taxi and fast react to our requests."

"From the first contact till the last moments of our goodbyes we felt as if we were visiting a relative, who really made us feel welcome and at home! The extraordinary friendliness and helpfulness of the host could never have come at a better time, because we had had a car accident on our way to Golem. Harilla spent a loads of his time to help us in dealing with the local police and car services. We are extremely grateful to him. Although the flat is at perfect location, all amenities and the most beautiful beaches and the promenade are in close proximity, it is quiet, perfect for a great holiday base for a family of four. We'll certainly come back!"

"Lovely big comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The location felt a bit weird to begin with but it was extremely close to everything there was just some construction in back lane. The staff were amazing, Fabia was an absolute delight and looked after us so well. Breakfast was very good, just come hungry because she will make you eat. Really great, value for money place to stay."

"The apartment is very big. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Everything was clean and the owner is very friendly. You can walk from the apartment to the castle to go for lunch or dinner. Berat castle and surrounding is very nice."

"Готель розташований у неймовірно затишному куточку Орікума, де природа сама створює атмосферу спокою й гармонії. З балкону відкривається вражаючий краєвид на заходи сонця, величний півострів Карабурун та острів Сазан. Господарі готелю надзвичайно привітні та щирі. Особливо хочеться відзначити господаря, який із відкритим серцем допоміг нам із питанням транспорту до Вльори, і за це ми безмежно вдячні. Що стосується самої Албанії, то, на жаль, є певні труднощі з громадським транспортом: відсутні зупинки та розклади руху, всюди відчуваються ремонтні роботи, а на вулицях багато сміття. Та водночас сам готель підтримується в чистоті й порядку, сніданки хоч і доволі однотипні, але смачні. Море і пляж знаходяться через дорогу від готелю. Лежаки і парасолька входять у вартість проживання що дуже важливо."
