"Смачні сніданки з різними видами салатів і овочів, прекрасне розташування, широчезна лінія пляжу, комфортні шезлонги, чудовий басейн і бар біля басейну, свіжий ремонт та нові меблі."

"Прибирання як на мене поверхневе, в двомісному номері був лише один стілець, не вистачало однієї тумби біля кроваті, лише маленький смітник в ванній кімнаті, не було чайнику. Після декількох нагадувань чайник та стілець надали. Лише одна картка на двомісний номер."

"Дякуємо дівчині- адміністратору, яка працювала 03.07.25 за привітність, швидке поселення у комфортний гарний номер. Також весь персонал був привітним. Готель новий, дуже близько власний пляж зі зручними шезлонгами та зонтами (проблем з місцями на пляжі не було). Пляжні рушники можна було вільно отримати на рецепції. Море- тепле, вхід- пологий. Берег- дрібний пісок. Прибирання, в номерах та на території - бездоганне, чисто. Сподобались сніданки. Багато фруктів. Всього вистачало. Вечеряли переважно в ресторані готелі. Кухня- відмінна. Сподобалось все! Дякуємо Bounty hotel. Рекомендую відпочинок саме в цьому готелі!"

"Beautiful room, new and clean. Lovely little fridge. Pool perfect temperature and good for actual swimming as well as popping in to keep cool. Close to the beach and plenty of beds and shade by both the pool and on the beach."

"There is no table on the balcony or view for that matter. Bar prices are a touch high along the whole street, so maybe it would be nice if residents (with a band) get a small discount!?"

"The check in staff were extremely welcoming, restaurant and bar staff also provided us with good customer service. The room itself was spacious, generous with a big bathroom however there was not many places to hang towels for two people. It was lovely decorated and had a good atmosphere. Other guests were friendly too and cleaning staff engaged with a greeting and smile in the mornings, we liked that."

"We were disappointed that there was only one side table and a poof was provided as a side table for the other side. No comfortable chairs available in the room. Also we didn’t realise until the second night that the sliding door was left opened before we checked in. The lack of bin in the hotel room which meant we hand rubbish lying around for days and it was not picked up by the cleaner as rubbish. The cars parked in front of the entrance was a nightmare, most of the time we were navigating through cars to leave or enter the property. For someone who has difficulty with balance and spatial awareness it was nightmare to navigate. We had a flight early in the morning so when we checked out to leave at 2:30am we had to carry our big suitcase up the stairs and couldn’t use the ramp as the cars compelled blocked access to our taxi. The number of cars parked in front of the hotel is a serious safety issue, for example in an event of a fire, it will seriously reduce the amount of people who can exit the property safely. That’s not good!"

"Modern room and bathroom, very nice rastaurant overlooking pool and beach with rich breakfast buffet and tasty a la carte dishes for lunch and dinner. Nice pool and beach with many umbrellas and sunbeds, very nice staff, always helpful both in the hotel as well as in restaurant. All facilities continuously kept clean. Hotel is part of approximately 1km long seaside promenade with hotels, appartments, well maintained beaches, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, parks and piers."

"Not much to highlight here. Hotel building is in the second row of buildings from the beach so no or limitted view from most rooms. Safe in our room was extremely small and not mounted to the wall, it was even closed when we arrived so we did not use it. There was a large TV in our room but no signal in any of the sources. We didn’t mind it so have not reported it to reception. There was no tea in brekfast buffet."

"We spent 6 nights at this recently built hotel, and overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. What we appreciated most was the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. The restaurant, located in a separate building, near the pool and by the beach, was another highlight. Having breakfast with a view of the sea was truly delightful and set the tone for beautiful days. The sandy beach and the promenade in front of the hotel were also wonderful; we loved our evening walks there. The staff were always kind and friendly, making us feel welcome. While the breakfast wasn’t very diverse, it was still decent, and the whole atmosphere was calm and suited perfectly both couples and families with children. All in all, the hotel offered us a very relaxing holiday by the sea."

"There are a few aspects that could be improved to match the 4-star expectations. Some of the common spaces, like the lobby, reception, and the indoor playground, looked unfinished and rather cold, with an industrial feel instead of a warm, welcoming atmosphere. In the room, although the wardrobe was large, it was impractically tall and not very easy to use, and we missed having hooks or drying racks for towels and swimsuits. Our room also didn’t have a balcony, just a window opening onto a glass railing, which felt a bit limiting. At breakfast, the use of cardboard cups and plastic glasses instead of ceramic and glass was surprising for a 4-star hotel."

"What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. The staff are not just good but genuinely friendly and easy-going, whether at the hotel, the bar, or around the pool. Their attitude creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that turns a nice stay into an excellent one."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, very clean and well-maintained. Both the hotel staff and those at the restaurant, beach bar, and on the beach were cheerful, smiling, hardworking, and exceptionally welcoming. Their friendly and positive attitude made our entire stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant visit!"

"The location itself is good but isolated from the town of Golem. Behind the property, there is a nice promenade connecting other hotels at about 400 meters of coastline along the beach. However, this promenade is not connected to the center of Golem, and there are no pedestrian or bicycle paths. The area in front of the resort is dark at night, dirty, and congested with cars. The communal infrastructure, road quality, traffic, and cleanliness in Golem are poor, similar to many other parts of Albania. The sandy beaches are beautiful, suited for those who like them, but the sea is shallow and polluted."
