"I found it weird that they have water heaters in the apartment and a hot water spring from the mountain o.5 km from there. They advertise being eco-conscius - but... No recycling facilities in the actual apartments. Only one language in the trash area. No enviromentally concious heating system that adjust heating to human needs."

"Really good and friendly communication about my stay, which made everything stress-free. Comfortable bed, good facilities and security, a central location perfect for exploring the city and accessing public transport - plus reasonable prices."

"In general, I really enjoyed my stay, so only minor issues - it would have been good to have a bedside light, plus wooden/plastic cooking utensils for the non-stick pans. There's some night-time street noise - so worth bringing earplugs - but that's inevitable with the very convenient central location!"

"The appointment was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for shops, bars and restaurants. I needed parking which was nearby and underground, great. It wasn't a problem for my car but it would be for a large vehicle."

"It wasn't a problem for the wife but I struggled with the noise outside. It was very warm at night so the window had to be open. There was no air conditioning otherwise I would have given a '10' score. I know it's not anything the owners can do, but there was a lot of street noise till about 02.30hrs. I bought some earplugs, problem solved and slept like a baby."

"Right in the centre of the city with easy access to all types of shops, cafes and restaurants. Apartment was secure, clean and had a good supply of crockery, cutlery with an induction hob, though I did not cook anything."

"I booked on line and was travelling by motorcycle so when I arrived I found a message asking for my passport details. Andorra being Andorra meant my phone didn't work so could not send a copy. This Internet access issue was not the apartments fault but it took over an hour to resolve. One issue which was down to the apartment was an earliest arrival time of 3pm and then being told I had to provide ID before 4pm. I was nearly giving up and finding somewhere else. A local helped by calling the apartment and relaying my difficulties. I don't quite know how the Internet access/ID provision can be got around other than... they assume because you have a bank account and booked on line, that you are bone fide and give you the access code and the ID issue can be done once you have a wifi connection."
