Hotel Coma is situated in the Andorran mountain village of Ordino. It offers an outdoor pool and tennis courts, and organises outdoor activities such as hiking, canyoning and skiing. All spacious rooms at the Coma Hotel are south-facing and most have a private balcony with garden or mountain views. Each private bathroom has a hydromassage bath and a HD TV with satellite channels. The hotel has its own restaurant which specialises in traditional Andorran and Mediterranean recipes using fresh local products and homemade sweets. There is also a café-bar which serves snacks and drinks. The hotel offers discounts at Ordino Sports Centre, located 500 metres away, where there is an Olympic-size swimming pool, fitness centre and Turkish baths. The ski slopes of Ordino-Arcalis are around 20 minutes' drive away while the lifts to the resort of Pal are 4 km away. There is also a bus every 15 minutes to Andorra la Vella.

"Все сподобалось, персонал супер, дуже чисто і дуже тепло, джакузі в номері, як вийти на балкон з номеру це дуже гарно. А коли ти приходиш на вечерю коло тебе бігає аж три офіціанта все тобі порадять принесуть дитині увагу приділили і для готеля 3 зірки це просто вау на звичайний пансіон який входив у вартість... Ви просто молодці...На ресепшені дівчата Ви класні все розповіли навіть і більше... Дуже дуже класна загалом атмосфера... Навіть є де вийти і пограти в сніжки і на санках покататись... Я обовязково повернусь в готель!"

"Rooms need some renovation, but not critical. No air conditioning. We visited when it was already snowing, heating was working, but not very good as it was still chilly in the room. Take your warm pijama with you."

"The location and views from the hotel cannot be faulted and every member of staff that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The room, whilst slightly outdated, was in keeping with the style of the hotel (which I personally really liked and found to be in-keeping considering it is also a popular place to stay for ski holidays!), and I particularly loved the balcony and views from it looking out across the village and valley to the mountains beyond. I found that the common areas of the hotel were enjoyable to spent time in (outside spaces including garden and pool, bar area, terrace), and I found the bar prices to be fairly reasonable for a hotel. I did not try the food but the restaurant seems to be popular and has a daily set menu as well as a la carte."
"My room was extremely hot and I was told by reception that they do not have any fans for guests to use in the rooms. Of course I knew when booking that there was no air con, but would have expected that fans would be available (particularly given how hot it was during my stay). Due to how uncomfortably warm it was in the room, I had no choice but to sleep with my balcony door open in an attempt to cool the room down, and this caused me to get quite a lot of mosquito bites overnight which is a little bit annoying!"
